KARACHI, Pakistan -- Pakistan, batting in their third and final test against the West Indies today, closed play on day one at 257 for seven in their first innings knock at the National Stadium.
Mohammad Yousuf led his side bravely against the attack of the West Indies bowlers, to reach a whopping 102 before he was removed by Corey Collymore. Imran Farhat added 47 while Younis Khan reached 20.
Bowling for the Windies, Dwayne Bravo bagged 2 for 33 while Corey Collymore took 2 for 41. Play resumes early tomorrow morning, EST. Pakistan’s Kamran Akmal and Shahid Nasir will take the crease with overnight totals of 18 and zero, respectively.
