Cricket: Pakistan Opens Batting In Final Test

KARACHI, Pakistan -- Pakistan opened the batting in the third and final test in Karachi this morning, going steady at 26 without loss at press time.

The West Indies lost the first test and had to settle for a draw in the second match in Multan despite a double century by Skipper Brian Lara. They face Pakistan in five one dayers beginning Dec. 5 at the Pindi Stadium, Rawalpindi.
